ህዝቢ ትግራይ ብሓፈሻ ኲናት ዘርኢ ምፅናት ተኣውጅዎ ብሓደ ገፁ ኣብ ትሕቲ ግፍዕን ቃንዛን፣ ብኻልእ ገጹ ድማ ኣብ ሕራነ ዝተመልኦ ሓርነታዊ ቃልስን ይርከብ። ብስርሒት ወፍሪ ኣሉላ ኣባነጋ ዓብይ ዓወት ዝተረኽበ እኳ እንተኾነ፣ ሕዚ እውን ትግራይ ካብ ፅእቲ ናፃ ኣይወጸትን፣ እቲ ውግእ እውን ቀፂሉ ኣሎ። 

ብፍላይ ኲናት ኣብ ዝካየድሎም ዘሎ ከባብታት ትግራይን፣ ካብ ትግራይ ወፃኢ ዘሎ ህዝብናን ኣብ ከቢድ ሓደጋ ኣንፀላልይዎ ዝርከብ ። ዋላ እኳ ኣብ ልዕሊ ተጋሩ ክንዛሕ ዝፅንሐ ፅልኢ ዘበናት ዘቑፀረ እንተኾነ፣ ኣብ ዝሓለፈ ኣርባዕተ ዓመት ብፍላይ ድማ ኣብ ዝሓለፈ ሸሞንተ ወርሒ ድማ ኣዝዩ ገኒኑ ዝተርኣየሉ እዩ። 

እቲ ቐዳማይ ሚኒስትር ኣብ ዝሓለፈ ክልተ ሰሙን ''ህዝቢ ትግራይ ደጀን ክኾነና ኣይልኣለን፣ ንሰራዊትና ብጎዞሞን መርዝን ወዲእዎ እዩ'' ኢሉ መርዚ ምስ ተፍአ ድማ ንዕኡ ተኸቲሎም ብዙሓት ሚዲያታት ውልቀን መንግስትን ኣብ ልዕሊ ተወለድቲ ትግራይ ቅሉዕ ዝኾነ ወፍሪ ዘርኢ ምፅናት የካይዱ ኣለዉ። 

እቲ ዂናት ብዓወት ትግራይ እናተደፍአ ምስዝኸይድ ድማ ኣብ ልዕሊ ተጋሩ ዝካየድ ጨፍጫፍን ግፍዕን ክውስኽ ከምዝኽእል ይግመት። ድሮ እኳ በቲ ክንዛሕ ዝቐነየ ፅልእን ብሰራዊት ትግራይ ዝካየድ ዘሎ ወረርቲ ናይ ምጥቃዕ ወፍርን ብዙሕ ሰብ ኣብ ኣዲስ ኣበባን ካልኦት ቦታታትን ክእሰር፣ ክጭወ፣ ንብረቱ ክውረስን ክዓኑን ሪኢና ንዕዘብ ኣለና። ኣብ ዝሓለፉ ክልተ መዓልትታት ድማ ኣብ ክልል ኣምሓራ ከተማታት ወረታን ጎንደርን ሰብና እናተቐተለ፣ ሬስኡ ኣብ መንገዲ ክጉተት ተራእዩ እዩ። 

ስለዚ ኣብ ካልእ ቦታታት ኢትዮጵያ ዝርከብ ሰብና ልዑል ጥንቓቐ ክገብር፣ ካብ ገዛ ከይወፅእ፣ ናብ ዝኣምኖ ሰብ ክፅጋዕ፣ ናብ ኤምባሲታት ከዕቁብ፣ ዓርሱ ዝከላኸለሉ ሜላ ከዳኒ፣ ወዘተ ክንምዕድን ክነጠንቅቕን ይግባእ ክብል ኣመራርሓ ቦርድ ራድዮ ወጋሕታ ትግራይ የተሓሳስብ። ብፍላይ ኣብ ወፃእ ዝርከብ ህዝብና ኣብቶም ካልኦት ቦታታት ኢትዮጵያ ስልክን ኢንተርኔትን ይሰርሕ ስለዘሎ ብዝተኻእሎ ኹሉ እናደወለን እናፅሓፈን ከጠንቅቕ  ራድዮ ወጋሕታ ትግራይ ይፅውዕ።

ውግእ ይካየደሎም ካብ ዘለዉ ከባብታት ትግራይ ክመዛበል ዝኽእል ሰብና ድማ እቲ ብተነፃፃሪ ኣብ ሓራ መሬት ትግራይ ዘሎ ህዝብና እቲ ዝተለመደ ሓገዙ ክገብረሎም ቦርድ ኣመራርሓ ራድዮ ወጋሕታ ትግራይ ይሓትት።  

ብዛዕባ እቲ ኣብ ህዝብና ዝበፅሕ ዘሎ ግፍዕን ክበፅሕ ዝግመትን ሓደጋ ኣመልኪቱ ድማ መንግስቲ ትግራይ፣ ፖለቲካዊ ውዳበታት ትግራይ፣ ሓፋሽ ማሕበራት፣ ትካላትን ማሕበራትን ዲያስፖራ ተጋሩ፣ ምሁራንን ሚዲያታትን ተጋሩ ንማሕበራሰብ ዓለም ብሓፈሻ፣ ንዓለምለኻዊ ትካላትን ሚዲያታትን ድማ ብፍሉይ ቅሉዕ ደብዳበታት ብምልኣኽን ፃውዒት ብምቕራብን ወዓል ሕደር ብዘየብሉ ፍጥነት ከፍልጡ ይግባእ  ክብል ሓቢሩ።

 The following is attributable to Spokesperson Ned Price:‎

Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed today.  The Secretary stressed the need for all parties to the conflict to commit to an immediate, indefinite, negotiated ceasefire.  The Secretary condemned the destruction of bridges into Tigray and other impediments to access.  Secretary Blinken urged Prime Minister Abiy to commit to the steps outlined in the United Nations Security Council on July 2, including the complete withdrawal of Eritrean and Amhara forces from Tigray; full, safe, and unhindered humanitarian access to populations in need; the establishment of a transparent process to hold accountable those responsible for human rights abuses and atrocities; and an affirmation that neither the internal nor external borders of Ethiopia will be changed by force or in contravention of the constitution.  In addition, the Secretary emphasized the urgency of holding an inclusive political dialogue to begin the difficult work of forging a lasting resolution to the country’s ethnic and political divisions.

SJT Statement on the partial liberation of Tigray

Security and Justice for Tigrayans (SJT) wish to convey its admiration for the people of Tigray and its defense forces (TDF) in their victory evicting the brutal army of Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed of Ethiopia, Eritrean forces, and the Amhara militia from Mekelle, the capital city of Tigray on June 28, 2021.

While we celebrate the conspicuous success, we also solemnly remember the heroes and heroines of Tigray who paid and are paying the ultimate price to liberate Tigray.  We will never forget the tens of thousands of innocent civilians massacred by these evil forces. The horrific gang-rape of underage children, women, nuns, and mothers is a scar that will never go away from our souls.

Our sincere appreciation goes to the international organizations, governments, and individuals who stood with Tigray which faced near-total destruction.  

While we are encouraged by the swift military success of the TDF, the people of Tigray still need international support. More than two million displaced persons will still need humanitarian assistance. Other Tigrayans who were not accessed by aid workers need humanitarian aid. We call upon the United Nations, the African Union, and other organizations and governments to monitor the situation closely and provide the necessary support to these and other people in Tigray.

We demand the United Nations and its agencies to conduct an independent investigation to bring perpetrators of all the crimes committed in Tigray during the last eight months to justice. The architects of these crimes should also be brought to international justice and face the full force of the law.

To all Tigrayans and friends of Tigray, celebrate this day of Mekelle’s return to its rightful administrators but you should also prepare for further challenges finishing the job fully liberating all parts of Tigray so that the business of rebuilding starts in earnest.
